One month has passed so quick

I really want to write more, but for that I need to find some time. I will try to be faster the next time.

Everyone has some ways to write things. I use a list. Sometimes I have difficulties to remember things. That is why before starting to write I compose a list of subjects that I would like to write about. For this blog entry I have the following list:

  • Porto Red Bull Air race
  • Minimal Linux
  • Coimbra
    • Archery
    • Fado
    • Basketball
    • Figueira da Foz
  • Project
    • ISEC
    • Progress

I went to the Red Bull Air Race in Porto, as you know from the previous blog entry. It was very spectacular. Andrei and Arjan, the guys I went with made a lot of pictures and even some movies. I’m not sure if they published everything, but click on their name to see some pictures.

The next two weekends more or less was spend on building a minimal Linux environment together with Andrei. I would like to keep this post non technical that is why I won’t explain how we did it. Maybe I will write about it (in the near future).

The fourth week felt little busy. On Wednesday was the archery practice. My shooting wasn’t bad this time. Friday a colleague invited us to Fado and I have to say I was impressed. Portuguese guitar is very nice and looks really difficult to play. Saturday we usually do some sport, so we played two against two basketball games. Sunday was really hot, that is why we decided to go to Figueira da Foz. The beach was really big, but deserted. Later we found out why! The sea water was just to cold too swim in.

Now something about the internship project. It’s going smoothly. This time the meeting was at ISEC instead CSW. The reason is that we had planned a second meeting with someone else, who would clarify our doubts about various subjects that we need to deal with, within the project. We learned a lot, especially from that meeting. Now we are defining the requirements.
